Eileen Mulhens Age 84, of Belfair, WA, for the past 30 years, died Oct. 7, 2006, at University Place Care Center in Tacoma, WA. She was previously a longtime resident of Portland, OR. Eileen was born Mar. 31, 1922 in Chehalis, WA, to John and Hattie (Kirchheck) Kray. On July 1, 1945 she married Joseph G. Mulhens in Bremerton, WA. Eileen spent most of her life as a housewife. She loved all types of animals. She collected Swarovski crystals, German Hummel figurines, and stuffed animals. Eileen loved to gamble at the casinos. Eileen was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and a brother, Kermit Kretsch. She is survived by a daughter, Nancy (Bill) Armstrong, of Steilacoom, WA, 2 granddaughters, Heidi Clark of Tacoma, and Wendi Schroeder of Centralia, WA, and extended family Tom and Carol Armstrong. A private family graveside service will be held at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard, WA.
