South Bend Tribune, Wednesday, January 31, 1979. Mrs. Sarah Dice. Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Dice, 91, of Park Ridge, Ill., formerly of South Bend, died Sunday in Park Ridge. She was born in Ursa, Ill., on Oct. 8, 1887. She came to South Bend in 1892 and lived here until about 15 years ago. Since that time she spent part of every year here. In 1905 in South Bend, she married Wellington Dice, who died in 1955. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. W.V. Cunningham of Hot Springs, Ark., and Mrs. T.A. Petersen of Park Ridge; a son, Marvin I. Dice of South Bend, five grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be in Coalbush United Methodist Church, Mishawaka, at 2:30 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Herschel McCord, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery.
