Gage Howard, age 22 of Fort Payne, passed away Friday morning. He was born on December 13, 1994 to Michelle Ortiz and Jonathan Moore. He was a member of the National Guard- Decatur Unit.
He is survived by his wife, Courtney R. Howard; children, Brody LaKayden Howard and Kayson Ledale Howard; brother, Nicholas Ortiz; Grandparents, Mickey Brock, Thomas Brock and Kenneth Howard; and nephew, Braxton Wells.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Monday, May 22, 2017 from the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Glenwood Cemetery with military honors. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 4 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
