Audrey C. Arnold, 75, of rural Princeville died Friday, Oct. 6, 2006, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.

Born Jan. 8, 1931, in Brimfield, Ill., the daughter of Richard Michael and Florence Elizabeth Kellar Heinz, she married Calvin M. Arnold on May 29, 1952, in Brimfield. He died Feb. 14, 1982.

Surviving are three sons, Russell (and Gilda) Arnold of Broadway, N.C., and Tony Arnold and Calvin Charles (and Carrie) Arnold, both of rural Princeville, Ill.; and one brother, Richard O. (and Arlene) Heinz of Elmwood, Ill.

Her parents and one son, Joseph M. Arnold, preceded her in death.

She was a 1953 graduate of Western Illinois University in Macomb, Ill. She first taught in area schools for 9½ years. Then she was a bus driver for Princeville Unit School District 326. She last worked for Martha Newsom in Morton, Ill., as a pilot driver, before retiring.

She was a member of Peoria County Farm Bureau and a founding member of the Brimfield Clothing Exchange.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Brimfield and its Altar & Rosary Society.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Brimfield.
