Eleanor (Hanley) Ciotti, 74, formerly of Solvay, passed away Sunday at Crouse Hospital. She was born in Syracuse and was a graduate of St. Lucy's High School. Eleanor was a supervisor at NY Telephone for 38 years, retiring in 1985. She was a member of the NY Telephone Pioneers and loved to travel by cruise ship with her husband, visiting 33 ports of call. Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Joseph H. Ciotti; two sisters, Mary Dixon of Syracuse and Virginia Zerbinos of Phoenix; a cousin, Robert Roth of Syracuse; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be held at 8:45 a.m. Thursday in Bagozzi Twins Funeral Home and
9:30 a.m. in St. Cecilia's Church, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 2601 Milton Ave., Solvay. Contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY, 990 7th North St., Liverpool, NY 13088.
