On Aug. 12, 1918, the death angel visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. TOLBERT GILLEY and took claim to their little daughter, LOISE, age 4 years, 6 months, 4 days, of whooping cough. She leaves her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Gilley were in Lawton when the children took sick, and on July 18, 1918, their son BUEL, age 11 months, died and was laid to rest in the Lawton cemetery. They then came to Hollis and on July 26, death claimed another son, ORBRA, age 2 years, 8 months, 9 days, then little Loise, three precious jewels in less than a month.
