Charles W. "Chuck" Frey, 70, died at 12:45am Saturday, June 27, 2015, at Adena Regional Medical Center, following a brief illness.He was born August 13, 1944, in Ross County to the late Herbert M. and Dorothy (Fuller) Frey.On August 15, 1965, he married the former Patricia M. Robinson, who survives; also surviving are his son, of Chillicothe; daughter and son-in-law, of Waverly; two grandchildren; five sisters; two brothers, all of Chillicothe; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Carl, Bob and David Frey. Chuck was an Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam era. He retired in 2003 from ODOT, District 9, where he worked on the highway maintenance crew. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Wednesday, July 1, at Haller Funeral Home, with Rev. Phillip Rutherford, officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 11am until 1pm at Haller Funeral Home.
