Mr. Frank was born in Montrose on Oct. 16, 1924. He retired as a shipping and receiving manager for an electronics firm. He served in the Coast Guard.

Survivors include brothers Jacob of Denver, Francis of Nevada, George of Kansas, Carl of Merino, Vern and Clem, both of California; sisters Catherine Haberkorn of Denver, Rosemary Hollbrook, Barbara Coster and Clara Martin, all of California, Irene Molzen and Christina, both of Arizona.
