Vigil and rosary services will be held at 7 p.m. on Fri day, Oct. 27, at Tennant Funeral Home. A memorial mass will be at 10 a.m. on Sat urday, Oct. 28 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, with Rev. Michael J. Flaska officiating.
Ms. Frank was born on March 29, 1928 to Joseph and Elizabeth (Kippes) Frank Sr. in Montrose. She graduated from Crook High School in 1946, and attended Loretto Heights College for two years. She received her bachelor of arts at Colorado State College on Dec. 9, 1959 while work ing in the Denver area.
She moved to Los Angeles in 1960 where she received her master's degree in educa tion and taught the third grade in the Wisburn District in Los Angeles County for 30 years.
She touched many, many lives and was loved by all.
After completing her teaching career she moved back to Denver for several years, then moved to Mesa, Ariz., in 1989. She spent the better part of 1999 and 2000 in Colorado and Nebraska with family. She returned to Mesa in July, and returned to California on Aug.25, 2000.
Ms. Frank is survived by five sisters, Catherine Haberkorn of San Mateo, Calif., Rosemary Holbrook of Spring Valley, Calif., Irene Molzen of Mesa, Clara Martin of Fullerton, and Barbara Coster of Laguna Beach, Calif.; four brothers, George Frank of Westphalia, Kan., Carl Frank of Kimball, Neb., and Vernie Frank and Clemens Frank, both of Yorba Linda, Calif.; two aunts, Rose mary Munk of Hoxie, Kan., and Doris Schandoller of Hayes, Kan.; 41 nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and nephews, as well as many great- great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, six brothers, four sisters, two nephews and two nieces.
We will all miss her physical presence, but we know she will always be with us in spirit.
