Mrs. Eva Bardwell, 47, wife of Samuel W. Bardwell, of Sanford, died Thursday, May 2 following many months of illness at the Schnepp Nursing Home in St. Louis.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Flock, she was born at Beaverton September 22, 1915 and was married there December 25, 1941.
Mrs. Bardwell was a membre of the Dale Methodist church where services were held Monday at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Gordon Showers officiating. Burial was made in the Midland Memorial Gardens.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a brother, John Flock, of Beaverton; three sisters, Mrs Gladys Painter of Mt. Pleasant, Mrs. Hlen Florentz, Dearborn and Mrs. Betty Inman of Sanford. Gladwin County Record dated 5-8/1963.
