Clarence S. Fernsler, 71, 62 E. Derry Rd., Hershey, died Sunday morning in Harrisburg Hospital. He was born in Lebanon County, a son of the late Edwin and Annie Smith Fernsler. He was a retired employee of the Hershey Foods Corp. shipping department and was a member of the Retired Club of Hershey Foods. He was a member of Palm Lutheran Church, Palmyra, and the Palm Bible Sunday School Class. He was also a member of Woodmen of the World. He is survived by his wife, Emma Blouch Fernsler; two daughters, Geraldine Fernsler, at home, and Mrs. Mildred Williard, Hershey; three grandchildren, Larry, Michael and Susan Williard; two brothers, Harvey Fernsler, Mishawaka, Ind., and John Fernsler, Lebanon, and a sister, Mrs. Robert Kreider, Washington State.
