After being bedfast a year our revered fellow townsman, PATRICK J. DOYLE, died of senility last Thursday. The funeral services were held at the Catholic church at Loda at ten o'clock Saturday morning. Though the weather was forbidding many mourners assembled to pay their last respects. A sorrowing widow, four daughters & three sons are left to mourn their loss. Three sons died in infancy. The deceased was born in Vermont 7/19/1853. Mr & Mrs Doyle (Margaret Shannon) were united in marriage 2/25/1880, at Loda. (Illinois)
