Michael A. DiCosmo Jr., 50, of Clark entered into eternal rest on Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, in Barbara E. Cheung Memorial Hospice in Edison. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral from the Walter J. Johnson Funeral Home, 803 Raritan Rd., Clark, on Tuesday, Oct. 5, at 9 a.m., thence to St. John the Apostle R.C. Church, Clark, where a Funeral Mass will be offered at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Newark. Visiting hours will be on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. To offer condolences or for more information, please go to www.walterjohnsonfh.com Mr. DiCosmo was born in Elizabeth and lived there for many years before moving to Clark 30 years ago. He was the manager of DiCosmo's Italian Deli in Clark for 10 years. He was an avid pool player and bowler. Mr. DiCosmo was the beloved son of Mrs. Antoinette (Cardone) DiCosmo of Clark and the late Mr. Michael A. DiCosmo Sr. He was the devoted brother of Mr. Garry G. DiCosmo of Scotch Plains and Mr. Anthony DiCosmo of Clark, and the dear father of Mr. Michael A. DiCosmo III of Winfield. Mr. DiCosmo was the cherished uncle of several nieces and nephews.
