DEATH OF MRS. HATTIE DANIEL
Mrs. Hattie Daniel died at the home of her mother, Mrs. Mary Heath, near Girard Wednesday last after a long illness. She was a member of one of the oldest and most prominent families in the 68th district, and was noted for her many Christian virtues, and her many kind and considerate acts won her the esteem and love of every one who came within her circle which embraced the entire community. Mrs. Daniel was forty years of age, was a consistent member of the Methodist church. Her life was a beautiful one, spent in many good deeds and kindly ministering to those who needed comforting, and her life is a sweet benediction to the community in which she lived her life time.
She is survived by two sons, Mr. Roger Lamar Daniel (born 1895) and Master Albert Daniel; her mother, Mrs. Mary Heath; two brothers, Messrs. J. B. and Evans W. Heath and one sister, Mrs. Nettie Welch.
The interment was at Bethlehem church, near Girard. The sympathy of many friends and acquaintances throughout the county are extended to the bereaved ones.
