She was preceded in death by her husband, Waitman L. Bell.
Funeral Services will be held at noon on Friday, December 14, 2012, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with the Rev. Edward Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, 2840 Electric Road, Suite 106A, Roanoke, VA 24018.
