Allene was married twice. First to Marshall Nowels on 9/4/1893 and second to Charles C. Chapman 2/10/1910. She had two daughters: Ruth Quinlan and Mae Elizabeth Silvey. Ruth and Mae were the daughters of Marshall Nowels, but both used their stepfather's name of Chapman in various records. He may have adopted them.
