Minnie was survived by her husband of 62 years, Inez Ortiz; sons: Leroy (wife Irene), Patrick (wife Dolores), Robert (wife Fela) and Paul, all of Santa Fe, and Ricardo (wife Shirley) of Tyler, Texas; daughter Alice Gee (husband Rob) of Albuquerque; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters: Tina Catanach, Josie Simpson and Connie Gurule; brothers: Leo Catanach (wife Susie), Ernest Catanach (wife Mary Ann), John Catanach Jr. (wife Jackie), Rudy Catanach (wife Jo Ann), Lawrence Catanach (wife Norma); brothers-in-law: Antonio M., Rumaldo and Sotero Ortiz; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Minnie was one of the lead singers with Los Nativos De Santa Fé for 25 years.
Visitation was on 6 Nov 2003 at Berardinelli Family Chapel. A Rosary followed at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Memorial Mass was on 7 Nov 2003 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Burial followed in the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
