Lendell Lee Carter09-22-32 to 10-09-09Lee died, surrounded by family, after a five year battle with COPD. He was born in Millerton, OK, served in the US Army, and then began his career as a machinist, retiring from KIMRAY. He was a member of the Dune Buggie Unit at the India Shrine Temple and a 32nd degree Mason. He spent many hours driving sick and injured children to the Shrine Hospitals. He was preceded in death by one son, Dennis Lee Carter; and is survived by his wife, Dorothy; daughter, Angie (Gordon); son, Rodney (Lillie); granddaughters: Melissa (Jessie) Harper, Sarah Anderson (Chris) and Crystal Carter; grandson: Jarrett Watson (Kimberly); two great-granddaughters; and special daughter-in-law, Debbie Carter. Funeral Services were held Monday 10-12-09, with burial at Resthaven.
