This was the last record found for Mary which would indicate that she possibly died between 1910-1920. There is a death record for an Anna Brumfield who died in Wayne County on 24 November 1912; however, her age was recorded as 16 years, 11 months, 16 Days. In addition, some researchers and family members have recorded that she died on 31 Dec 1939 but no death record for the state of West Virginia can be found at this time.
