Paul E. Caldwell Jr. 86 of Richmond died September 20, 2014 at Ambassador Health Care in Centerville after a short illness. He was born November 20, 1927 in Richmond to Paul E. and Pearl Bryant Caldwell Sr. and lived here most of his life.

H retired from Belden Corporation. He was a Navy veteran of World War Two, and a member of Victory Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years Janice, three children Teresa (Chester) Terry, Tim (Heather) Caldwell, and Ronald (Flora) Caldwell of Richmond, six grandchildren, several step grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, and one brother.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday September 26, 2014 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Joe McIntire officiating. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery with military rites.
