Winnie C. Austin, 84, of Abilene died Saturday at a local hospital.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Cason officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Austin was born in Buell and attended school in Clyde. She moved to Abilene in 1967 and was a homemaker. She married James R. Austin in 1935 in Callahan County; he preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sons, James T. Austin of Abilene, Fred Austin of Yukon, Okla., and Archie Austin of Winters; one brother, Charlie Cain of Snyder; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
