Bernard Leroy CAFFEE, 85, a retired furniture salesman, died July 10, 1992, in a hospital. Mr. CAFFEE was born in Currituck, N.C. He was a member of Western Branch Baptist Church, Portsmouth Naval Lodge 100, Portsmouth Scottish Rite Bodies and Khedive Temple Shrine.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret T. CAFFEE; a daughter, Carole C. JEFFERY of Frederick, Md.; a son, Arthur B. CAFFEE of Roanoke; two sisters, Ruth LUPTON of Chesapeake and Alma FOSTER of Tampa, Fla.; and five grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel, with Masonic rites by the Rev. Bob FONES. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
