.Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Buckingham, wife of the late H. Marshall Buckingham, died Thursday, October 22, 1953, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harry Yingling, Sykesville. Her age was 81. A resident for most of her life of Gamber, Mrs. Buckingham had been making her home with her daughter for the past two months. Her parents were the late Charles W. and Caroline Lindsay Allen. Survivors besides Mrs. Yingling include two other daughters, Miss Carrie Buckingham, Sykesville, and Mrs. Edgar Pickett, Winfield.
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 P. M. at the Yingling home, the Rev. H. M. Waters, pastor of Calvary Methodist Church, Gamber, officiating. Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Gamber. Weer and Haight, Sykesville, funeral directors.
