Son Killed, Another Injured in Accident

Cooper--Mrs. Lewis Brewer, called to Riverbank, Calif., to attend a son injured in an automobile accident, was notified while there that another son, Master Sgt. James Lewis Brewer, Roswell, N. M., had been killed in a plane crash, near Roswell.

The funeral was held in Lubbock, his home some years after leaving Cooper. Surviving besides his mother are his wife and two children, James and Betty Sue, and these brothers and sisters: Cleo Brewer and Mrs. Lucile Wicks, near Cooper; B. B. Brewer Fort Worth; Loyd Brewer, Stratford; Jack Brewer, Crisco, Iowa; Johnnie Brewer, Memphis, Texas; L. E. Brewer, Riverbank, Calif.; Harris Glenn Brewer, Fort Knox, Ky.; Mrs. Ruby McConn, Los Angeles; Mrs. Grace Allen, Atlanta, Ga.; Mrs. Inez Russell, Dallas, and Mrs Zora Story, Irving.
