COL. A.E. BRADLEY BURIED WITH MILITARY HONORS.

Internment in Arlington Cemetery of Retired Army Officer, Who Had Served 34 years.

Col. Alfred E. Bradley, United States Army, retired, member of the Medical corps, who died at Montgomery, Ala., Saturday last, where he had been visiting, the body arriving here early this morning, was buried with full military honors at Arlington national cemetery today. The internment took place at 10 o'clock. The body was accompanied from Montgomery by his widow and Maj. Follett Bradley, United States Army, a son of the deceased. Surgeon General M.W. Ireland, a close, personal friend of Col. Bradley, personally arranged for the funeral.

Col. Bradley was a native of New York. He was fifty-eight years old and had served thirty-four years in the Army. He saw service in the Philippines, and in England and France in the world war. In 1918 failing health caused him to be sent home. In 1920 he retired. For distinguished service as chief surgeon of the A.E.F. he received the distinguished service medal.
