Anna May Boling, 87, of Lubbock peacefully passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2014, at her daughter's home in Ransom Canyon with her family. The family will celebrate her life on Tuesday May 6, 2014, at 10 a.m. in the Abbey Chapel of Resthaven Funeral Home with Pastor Harold Abney officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Anna was born on May 26, 1926, to the late William Henry and Lela Fay (Stringer) Webb. Anna was a warm and loving person who played piano, dominoes, and cards. She enjoyed working in her yard, gardening, and watching the birds. Anna was gifted with her hands and worked for The Plaza Cleaners for over 35 years as a seamstress. She will be remembered by her grandchildren for being their loving Nana Bol, and MeMaw. She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Boling, Jr.; and her grandson, Lance Boling. She leaves to cherish her memories one brother, Zanna Anderson (Peggy); her three loving children, LeRoy Boling III (Lou Ann), Barbara Riggs, Patricia Mowery (Rick); grandchildren, Tiffany Burrell (Kevin), Kristen Lewis (Travis), Lauren Mowery and Todd Buckner (Tyneal); great-grandchildren, Sydney Boling, Hunter, and Austin Burrell, Braxton and Kanon Buckner.
