HENDERSON -- Lois J. Blackwell, 70, Louisville formerly of Henderson, died Tuesday, September 21, 2004, at Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville.
She was a legal secretary and member of Fern Creek United Methodist Church.
Surviving are three daughters, Connie J. O'Leary, Sheila K. Duncan and Glenda B. Duncan; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services 10 a.m. CDT Friday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home, burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery. Visitation is 2 to 7 p.m. EDT today at Fern Creek Funeral Home in Louisville and from 3 to 8 p.m. CDT Thursday in Henderson. Memorial contributions may be made to Kosair Charities.
