A pretty home wedding was that of John S. Baughman to Miss Lena Craig Bruce at the home of Mr. J. E. Bruce, on Danville Avenue, Tuesday evening. The bride, who is a handsome brunette of many accomplishments, wore white organdie over taffeta and veil, and her maid of honor, Miss Stella Ballou, was attired in pink silk mull. Mr. Walter O. Walker was the best man. The other attendants were Misses Mary Bruce and Chloe Smith Baughman and Mr. Ernest Warren. Mr. Robert T. Bruce, brother of the bride, gave her away. Misses Nancy Katherine McKinney and Sallie Mills Craig were the flower girls and they scattered pink and white carnations in front of the bridal party. The ceremony was said by Eld. J. W. Hagin under a beautiful arch of flowers. After the wedding the participants and guests repaired to the home of the groom where a delightful reception was tendered. An elegant lunch was served in courses and the color scheme of pink and white was carried out in all the appointments. Mr. and Mrs. Baughman left yesterday for Cincinnati, where they will spend a few days. On their return they will take rooms at the St. Asaph Hotel. The bride is a charming young woman and will prove a helpmeet in all the word implies. The groom is the youngest son of Mr. S. H. Baughman and is a steady young man of fine morals and good business qualifications.
