Dolores was born May 22, 1937 in Waterbury, a daughter of the late Henry and Maria (Gagne) Bosse and lived in Waterbury most of her life. She was a graduate of Waterbury Catholic High School.
Prior to her retirement, Dolores worked as a cardiac rehabilitation technician and had also worked for several area cardiologists. Dolores enjoyed line dancing and loved the Boston Red Sox. She had a large circle of friends and it seemed that everyone she came in contact with loved her.
Besides her husband of 54 years of Waterbury, she leaves a daughter, Mary Saavedra of Watertown; two sons, Michael Ayotte and his wife Tana of Spring, Texas, Martin Ayotte and his wife Brenda of St. Louis, Mo.; four brothers, Henry Bosse of Wolcott, Ronnie Bosse of Florida, Dennis and Robert Bosse, both of Waterbury; a sister, Adele Marcoux of Waterbury; six grandchildren, Benjamin, Elliot, Audrey, Emma, Alison, Isabelle; and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 11 a.m. directly at Blessed Sacrament Church. Those planning to attend are asked to meet directly at church. Burial will be follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Watertown. Relatives and friends may visit with Dolores's family today, May 13, 2015 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the O'Neill Funeral Home, 742 Main St., Oakville.
