Carol Aronson
Aug. 29, 1952 ~ Dec. 29, 2007- Our dear wife, mom, daughter, sister, Carol Eileen (Marsh) Aronson lost her courageous nine year battle with cancer on December 29, 2007.
Born to William G. and Carol (Kane) Marsh on August 29, 1952, she was the third of seven children and by far, the one who taught her family how to live life with love, laughter, and hope.
Carol married Ken Aronson on April 29, 1978 and on that day began a partnership lasting over 29 years and one that gave them their cherished son Thomas James (TJ) Aronson.
Carol is survived by her husband Ken; and their son, TJ and his wife Robin all of Vancouver WA; mother, Carol (Dale) Taylor; sister, Chris (John) Dunford and Mary Runcorn all of Spokane WA; sister, Maureen (Paul) Morlock of Mt. Vernon WA; Catherine (John) Croft of Phoenix, AZ, Margaret (Mike) Hagen of Des Moines WA; brother, William G. Marsh of Los Angeles CA; brother-in-law, Steve (Theresa) Aronson of Chattaroy, WA; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, William G. Marsh; in-laws, George and Ruth Aronson; and brother and sister-in-laws, Rick and Audrey Aronson.
"God saw she was getting tired, a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around her, and whispered "Come with me." With tearful eyes we watched her, and saw her fade away. Although we loved her dearly, we could not make her stay. Her loving heart stopped beating, hard working hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes "the best.'' Author unknown
A celebration of Carol's life will be held January 19, 2008, at the Vancouver Masonic Center at 2500 NE 78th St., Vancouver, WA from 3:00 until 6:00 pm. The family invites all of Carol's friends to join us as we celebrate the gift of love she shared with so many.
