Annamarie Alexander, 48, of Crystal Lake, passed away Friday, Dec. 24, 2010, at her home with her family by her side.
She was born Aug. 1, 1962, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Joseph and Jennie, nee Grella, Rodaligo.
She was a graduate of Nazareth High School, where she was very active in the drama department. After high school, she went on to NYU and Adelphi College, where she received a bachelor's degree in social work.
She was an avid boating enthusiast, and enjoyed road trips and traveling.
She lived and enjoyed her life to the fullest degree.
Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Brian; her parents, Joseph and Jennie; her mother-in-law, Marion Hunt; her father-in-law, Robert (Joretta) Alexander; her brothers, Frank (Linda) Rodaligo and Vito (Elizabeth) Rodaligo; her sister, Joanne (Mark) Restivo; her brother-in-law, Oba (Reva) Vincent; and her beloved godchildren, Ryan Williams, Jaclyn Rives, Ty Vincent, Louis Restivo and Joseph Rodaligo.
The visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Route 176), Crystal Lake. The visitation will continue at 9 a.m. until the funeral at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church, 1023 S. McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake.
A memorial service will be in Staten Island, N.Y., in mid-January 2011.
