She was a native of Portal and lived most of her life in Tucson, Arizona before moving to Toombs County in the early 1990s. She was a homemaker and loved being in the flower garden. She attended the Faith Assembly of God.
Inez was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Eugene and Carolee Akins; her husband, Bill Davis; and her four children, Anthony Andrews, Linda Andrews, Craig Andrews, and Carla Andrews.
Burial will be in the Lyons City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Sweet Onion Animal Protections Society at P.O. Box 210, Vidalia, Georgia 30475. Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home of Vidalia is in charge of the arrangements.
