Betty Elizabeth Barr, age 70, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2009 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center.
She was born on February 26, 1939 to the late Emmett and Candy Collins in Victoria, VA.
She lived most of life in Sullivan County, TN and was a member of the Full Gospel Fellowship Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Emmett Collins, Jr. and sisters, Thelma Collins and Joyce Booher and grandchildren, Chance Hopkins and Kimberly Salyer.
She is survived by:

Funeral Services will be conducted at 8 PM Wednesday, May 20, 2009 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Phil Kestner and Pastor Jerry Eggers officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday at the Weaver Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Grandsons and family. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Tom Townsend, Dr. Loria, ICU Nurses and Staff, Amedysis Home Health, Dr. Moore and Dr. Bowling. The burial will be at 11 AM Thursday at the Rooty Branch Cemetery.
