Marriage - Miss Mary Evelyn Koop of Islip, and Lt. Robert W.L. Bross (United States Marines) of Philadelphia, formerly of Babylon, were married at Christ Church, Baltimore, Md., by the Rev. W.L. Moody on December 20. Lieutenant Bross, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Bross of Prospect St., Babylon, was graduated from Princeton University, where his grandfather, Prof. W. Leute was a member of the faculty for over 50 years. Mrs. Bross is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Koop of Islip, former residents of Babylon. Lieutenant and Mrs. Bross both attended Babylon High School. John Walbridge of Babylon, the best man, flew from Princeton University to Baltimore to attend the wedding. The bride was attended by Miss G. Winifred Smith of High Falls, N.Y. The wedding ceremony was followed by a dinner party at the Southern Hotel in Baltimore. After a short wedding trip the couple will reside temporarily at the United States Marine officers quarters at Quantico, Va.
