Anne Morton Bradshaw BRISTOL, Tenn. Anne Morton Bradshaw, age 85, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at her home. She was born Jan. 5, 1926, in Bristol Tennessee, a daughter of the late Samuel and Marion Bullock Morton. Anne moved back to Bristol after living in Buckingham, Va. for 45 years; and she retired from Social Services in Buckingham. She was a member of Central Christian Church; and was preceded in death by her husband, William J. "Bill" Bradshaw Sr. Mrs. Bradshaw was a member Fort Chiswell chapter of the NSDAR. Survivors include son, William J. Bradshaw Jr. of Lake Wales, Fla.; sisters, Roberta Holt and Helen Potts; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, April 10, 2011, in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ross Dampier officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Loyal Berean Sunday school class of Central Christian Church, 424 Melrose St., Bristol, TN 37620 or the American Heart Association , 3101 Brown Mill Road., Ste 6, Johnson City, TN 37604.
