Mrs. Cora Briceland died in a local hospital Monday. She was a native of Fortuna, aged 59, and had lived in Humboldt County all her life.
She leaves her husband, Walter Briceland, of Briceland; a brother Percy Milburn of Empire, Oregon; and several nieces and nephews, all living in Humboldt County.
Services will be held at the family residence at Briceland, Wednesday at 1:30 p.m., with Rev. George V. Bever of the Fortuna Christian Church officiating. Interment will be in the family plot in the Garberville cemetery, under the direction of the Hunter and Wise Mortuary.
