"Barbara PRICE [Aka PRISCH or PREISCH] was the daughter of Augustin(e) and Mary Margaret MILLER PRICE. The family name is German and has been Americanized to PRICE by most of the family.
After the family migrated to Warren County she married Peter [John Peter] MALLOW, 7 August 1807 in Warren County. They were living in Greene County, Ohio by 1814 and most of their children were born in Greene County, Ohio:
- Catherine MALLOW
- Ann MALLOW
- Dalila MALLOW
- Margaret MALLOW
- Elizabeth MALLOW
- Mary MALLOW
- Susan MALLOW
- Harriet MALLOW
- Augustine Price MALLOW
Following Barbara's death, Peter removed with the family to Delaware county, Indiana where he died and is buried at the Bethel Church Cemetery there."
