Stanley John Babinski, 70, of Lewiston, a resident of Cottonwood for many years, died Thursday morning at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Babinski resided at Neva's Retirement Home at Lewiston. He assisted his father for many years at the St. Gertrude's Convent dairy farm before moving to Lewiston about 10 years ago.
Babinski was born April 6, 1910, at Newport, Wash., to Theodore and Anna Babinski. His family moved to Colton and then to Cottonwood. Babinski never married.
He is survived by two brothers, Sylvester of Lewiston and Edwin of Clarkston; three sisters, Emelia Kuder of Colfax and Helen Campbell and Fannie Currin, both of Spokane.
Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Gall's Catholic Church, Colton with the Rev. Clifford J. Hulings officiating. Burial will be· at the Colton Catholic Cemetery. Kimball Funeral Home, at Pullman, is in charge of arrangements.
