On April 9th and 10th of 1865, Private William Wilson Alexander of Company B, North Carolina 15th Infantry Regiment and, Private William Kuhn of Company E New York State 188th Infantry Regiment attached to 91st Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry were both at Appomattox Court House. The Civil War was over. The 91st was part of the honorary group that received the Confederate guns on 10 Apr 1965. These two men occupied the ground that day, possibly crossed paths. The two then left, and faced challenging futures. Time has gone by, 148 Years, 7 Months, 19 Days.
