Marriage - ERHARDT—SYLVESTER - A very pretty wedding took place at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, when Miss Dora Sylvester, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.P. Sylvester of Liberty Street became the bride of George Erhardt, Jr., son of Mr., and Mrs. George Erhardt of Oak Street. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Hanington Wilson. The maid of honor was Miss Marjorie Sylvester, sister of the bride, and the groom was attended by his brother, Jack Erhardt. Karl Erhardt and Clifford Elbert were ushers. Mrs. B. Sylvester, the bride's aunt, sang "Oh, Promise Me." The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, was attired in pale green chiffon with hat to match and carried a shower bouquet of roses and lilies of the valley. The maid of honor's dress was of pale blue chiffon with hat to match and her bouquet was of sweet peas. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of the bride 's parents on Liberty Street. Among the guests were Mr. and Mrs. George Erhardt, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. George Laidlaw, Mr. and Mrs. Asa Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Karl Erhardt, Mrs. George Oxley and son, Willoughby, Mrs. Emily Kearney and daughter, Edith, Harold Sylvester, Clifford Erhardt of Patchogue and Mr. and Mrs. B.
