Mr. Jessie C. Judd, son of the late Mr. Walter Judd & Mrs. Anna Walker Judd, was born November 18, 1932, in Green County and departed this life March 5, 1999, at the Flaget Hospital, Bardstown. He was 66 years, 3 months and 15 days of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church at the time of his death. Mr. Judd united in marriage to Miss Suzetta Daun Thompson December 6, 1951, who survives. To this union were born 3 sons and 1 daughter: Melinda Streif, Columbia, TN; Gerald Judd, Bardstown; Timothy Judd and Phillip Judd, both of Cox Creek. He is also survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother: Edna Pennington, Florence Jeffries and Lavern Hamblin, all of Louisville; Bill Judd, Greensburg; 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by: 1 sister and 2 brothers, Louise Whitlow, Cecil Judd and Garland Judd. The funeral services for Mr. Jessie C. Judd were conducted Monday, March 8, at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Greensburg Cemetery. Rev. Danny Nelson officiated. Pallbearers were Morris Judd, Robert Judd, Bobby Perkins, Mike Pennington, Freddie Whitlow and Terry Hill.
