She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

Survivors:
Eight children: Billy Perkins, Bobby Perkins, Connie Meadows, Freddie Whitlow, Magnolia McKinney, Anna Mary McKinney, Jimmy Dale Whitlow and Judy Lynn Poynter; two brothers : Bill Judd and Jessie Judd; three sisters: Edna Pennington, Florence Jeffries and Laverne Hamblin; seventeen grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.

Services:
Funeral services conducted at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 10, 1997 at Macedonia Baptist Church with Brother Ronald Riordan and Brother Jerry Judd officiating.

Pallbearers:
Kenny Poynter, Tommy McKinney, John Whitlow, Freddy Whitlow, James Meadows, Danny McKinney and Gary Pennington.
