DUMAS — Buford Allison Cummins, 88, of Dumas died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Calvary Baptist Church in Dumas with the Rev. Brad Foster, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Northlawn Memorial Gardens. A flag detail will be provided by American Legion Post 224 of Dumas. Arrangements are by Morrison Funeral Directors of Dumas.
Mr. Cummins was born Oct. 26, 1923, in Hollis, Okla., to Ira and Maggie Rollins Cummins. He married Patricia Ann Moyer on Nov. 4, 1947, in Stratford.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Larry Cummins of Pueblo, Colo., and Terry Cummins of Dumas; a daughter, Connie Cline of Somonauk, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to American Heart Association, P.O. Box 15186, Austin, TX 78761.
