THE OBITUARY
Once again,God has taken one of our loved one on home to rest in peace."Thy purpose Lord we cannot see,but all is well that's done by Thee."

Mr. John Will Williams,of Batavia,Illinois was born on January 24,1919,in Green County,Kentucky,to the late Mr.and Mrs Henry Williams,departed this life on September 2,1989.

John confessed in Christ at an early age and united in fellowship with Mount Union Baptist Church.

John was united in holy matrimony to Gleneva Johnson and to this union was born six children,four daughters and two sons,Helen Crumlin,Hyattsville,Maryland,Mamie L Williams,Alexandria,Virginia,Mary E.Holman,Indianapolis,Indiana,Barbara A.Johnson,Indianapolis,Indiana;James L.Williams,Hodgenville,Kentucky and Robert A.Williams,Hamilton,Ohio.He also leaves to mourn,five sisters and five brothers,Eva Warren and James(Jim) Williams of Elizabethtown,Ky.,Obelia(Bea)Thompson,Hershell Williams and George(Tom)Williams of Hodgenville,Ky.,Twyman(Jamup)Williams of Greensburg,Ky.;Grace Buckner,Ethel Williams,and Katherine(Tootie)Williams of Louisville,Ky.;thirteen grandchildren,and a host of relatives and friends.

GOD SAW THE ROAD WAS GETTING ROUGH,AND THE HILL WAS HARD TO CLIMB.HE GENTLY CLOSED HIS WEARY EYES,AND WHISPERED,PEACE BE THINE.His time had come,he ran his race,we know he's in a better place.We will sadly miss him.

Sunset and evening star,And one clear call for me!And may there be no moaning of the bar when I put out to sea.For though from out our bourne of time and place the flood may bear me far.I hope to see my pilot face to face when I have crossed the bar.
