CLINTON, Ky.--Graveside services for James Earl Spencer, 76, of Kenton, Tenn., formerly of Clinton, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Oakwood Cemetery in Clinton. The Rev. Howard Kitter will officiate.
Mr. Spencer died at 6:04 p.m. Thursday at Methodist Healthcare Hospital in Dyersburg, Tenn.
He was an employee of Deena Manufacturing Co. in Arlington and was a World War II Navy veteran.
Surviving are two sons, Jimmy Spencer of Clinton and Eugene Spencer of Wickliffe; two daughters Joyce Ferguson of Columbus and Martha Quillen of Clinton; two sisters, his twin, Ola Pearl Toon of the St. Denis community and June Johnson of Clinton; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
His parents were James Oscar and Lillie King Spencer.
