Services will be held Sunday at 1 PM at the Hopkins and Brown Chapel in Clinton with the Rev. Thomas Grubbs officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Mr. Spencer is survived by a son, James E. Spencer of Union City, TN, and two daughters, Mrs. Ola Pearl Toon of Fancy Farm and June Johnson of Leitchfield, AR. He is also survived by three sisters, four brothers, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
