Born in Greene Township, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin Fickes and Florence Anna Bohn Fickes.
Mrs. Lentz was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Orrtanna.
She was the wife of the late James P. Lentz, who departed this life June 29, 1982, and is survived by one daughter, Joyce E. Kane of Cashtown; one son, Leon B. "Ben" Lentz of Chambersburg, and one grandson.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Jess Fickes and one sister, Edna McKenrick.
