died between Ririe and Swan Valley, Idaho on highway 26, 12 miles east of Ririe, Idaho.

Oren Clinton Brown, he went by O.C. or Clint. born- 3 Sep 1918 in Hunter Utah. Died 1 Nov 1959. He enlisted in the Army in May of 1939 and was stationed in Honolulu at Schofield barracks in the Quarter Master Corps. It was a baking outfit. He transfered to the Civil Service in 1941 and was stationed at Hickam Field. First with the 17th Air base Aquadron and later with the 23rd Material squadron. He was a supply clerk. He lived off base a 625 Judd Street, Honolulu and later at 451 Ena Road, Honolulu. He played on the Hawaiian Air depot softball team in 1942 with, James F. Conway, Samuel Kanoe, Austin Haverland, Roy Rogers, John Liggett, Hobart Joiner, Enoch Maerz, Roland Dodd, William Azevedo, Gilbert Salvadore, J--- Wood and the manager was Salomon Doich----. He had 2 buddies that I know of, one named Pancho, he called him Putso, who was in the navy stationed on the Raleigh. All I know of the other one is that he called him Price and he was in the Army or the Air corps and stationed in Honolulu. He was married while he was in Hawaii. She was Japanese and they had 2 sons.
