Mrs. Catherine A Barden

Mrs. Catherine A Barden, 207 North Third avenue, passed away at her home this morning at 4:30 o'Clock after an illness of two months. funeral services are to be conducted Monday morning at 9:00 o'clock at St. James' church the Rev. E. P. O'Toole officiating. Burial will be in St.Joseph Cemetery.

The deceased was born in St. Sylvester, Province of Quebec, Canada, August 12, 1841. She was married sixty-eight years ago in Canada to John Barden, who passed away here August 27, 1885. The deceased came to Wausau sixty years ago, seven years after coming to the United States. She was a member of the Alter Society of St. James' church.

Surviving are five children, Mrs. Frank J. Ryan of Hamilton City, Calif., and Frank D.; Charles H.; William T.; and Walter J. Barden of Wausau; twenty-five grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
