Sample Watts was the brother of my grandfather, Squire Watts. Find A Grave Memorial# 26642368. Thanks to Mary Brittin for the information.

WATTS-Sample Watts,73, years
old, died at 10:45 o'clock yesterday
morning at his home, 2027 Annie
Baxter avenue. He had been ill for
three weeks. He was born April
9, 1863, in Indiana. Mr. Watt's was
a member of the Woodmen of the
World. Surviving are his widow,
Mrs. Lula Watts; two sons, Bur-
dette Watts of Tulsa and George D.
Watts, at home, and three brothers,
Charles Watts of Pomona, Kan.,
William H. Watts of Hebron, Neb.,
and Squire Watts of Hastings, Neb.
Funeral services will be held at 3
o'clock this afternoon at the Hurl-
but chapel. Burial will be in Fair-
view cemetery.
The Rev. Raymond Troyer, past
pastor of the Reorganized Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,
will officiate, assisted by Oscar
Kalstrom. Chester Carter will
sing.

I don't know if this baby was born to this gentleman, but the clipping was in the Hebron Journal and I see that part of the family was from Hebron, Ne.

Hebron Journal dated 7-11-2018~~~120 Years Ago, 1898:
The infant born to Mr. and Mrs. Samp. Watts, died on Saturday.
